Voiz One Year Warranty
Voiz® LLC Limited Warranty
Voiz® LLC (“Voiz®”) warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from Voiz® or a Voiz® authorized reseller. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. The warranty is valid from the date of retail purchase for a period of 1 year.
In the case of a covered warranty defect, Voiz® will at its option:
(A) repair the product using new or refurbished parts;
(B) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product; or
(C) provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for return of the product.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident, or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty.
For warranty service on covered defects during the warranty period, contact Voiz® using the contact information at voiz.link/support. In order to provide warranty service, it is required to provide proof of purchase details, including but not limited to a receipt or sales invoice.
Instructions for warranty returns:
1. Contact Voiz® Support to Request an RMA
• Please contact Voiz® support, describing the performance issue you have with your device, and attach proof of purchase.

If in the diagnosis of reported performance issues with your Voiz® product(s) our customer support personnel determine that your product(s) qualifies for a Warranty Return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request will be initiated and a unique RMA number will be sent to you via email. Every warranty return must have an associated (RMA) number.
2. Use the original Voiz® boxes
All products must be returned in the original packaging with all contents included. Please ensure that any previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely. Please note that failure to return all items included with your product, or returning the product without manufacturer packaging may result in your shipment being shipped back to you at your own expense.
3. Use the provided prepaid returns electronic shipping label
To ensure successful delivery, ship returned products using the prepaid return shipping label emailed to you by Voiz®. Voiz® will not be responsible for returned products sent using an alternate carrier or shipping label. It is the sender’s responsibility to retain a copy of the shipping label with the applicable tracking number.
